Another thing that I have seen is the bad condition and care for the animals, which I do not appreciate. Especially, the care for other people is very lacking. They do not take good care of their employees. And managers can be abusive towards the staff. Bad experience. It's not as Christian as you think.

the tubing here was worth it! it was fun and low-key.. a great place to spend an hour or so.

Roger and I(Diane) had a wonderful experience at the First Family camp in June for people with Physical challenges. I felt like we were in the Garden of Eden even tho we know no one but Adam and Eve have been there. The outpouring of love and support was tremendous. God's servants were everywhere. We were so blessed.

This place has a very poor standard of care for the animals they keep. Their chickens rarely see the light of day. I was also shocked to see children and inexperienced riders sent out on hour long trail rides on wounded and dangerous horses. I have also witnessed the bullying of their staff by managers.

Very poor experience. I personally find the sledding hills dangerous. A few years back I got ran over by another inner tuber. Which I know that you can't help that, but there are so many people going down at a time, that a lot of times people are not watching out for people getting off at the bottom of the hill. There is also an iced over river/stream not far from the bottom, which I personally think is unsafe... I heard an incident few years ago, that some kid actually went through the ice into the water, which I find a very dangerous situation. The rope tow, I find a very cool idea, but it is dangerous. A lot of times - especially young kids - can't hold on the the rope and the fall down the hill onto other people, which can result in injury. Especially if the child gets caught under the rope or get's run over by other tubers that are being dragged up the hill. (Which has happened) Even though the sledding itself is quite fun, there are some dangers that arise from it. Just be watchful, especially of younger children.

Thank you to all

Two of our grandchildren spent 1 night with us. They had so much fun (not because of being with grandma and grandpa) but because of the young counselors who took them under their wings. They couldn't wait till they had their Youth camp week in July.

Very poor. Animals are often sent out on trail rides with injuries and their camel is kept in pen far smaller than US regulations. Their smaller animals such as rabbits and chickens are very poorly taken care of an often neglected.

The staff body seems very mismanaged and many managers and directors are extremely incompetent. This place is a vile breeding ground for hate and the mistreatment of humans and animals alike. All of which is coated in a thinly veiled dilution of Christianity. The management are happy to disregard legal and ethical obligations in the name of Christ. This place is a very clicky group. If you care for animals or fellow humans I would personally stay clear of this coven.

This was not a good experience.
