Workers have been nice when I went to pick up the package though. So, 3 stars for that.
Drivers don't even try to deliver your package. Packages change to "unable to deliver" with no single attempt!! USPS the best!!

Do not use Fedex! Driver won't even wait for you to answer door. I had to chase him down in my truck today. UPS or USPS much better!!!
My box had large holes from shipping. They left it sitting in the rain and didn't even bother to ring my door bell.
I have had to go there to get a package twice because the driver didn't actually ring the doorbell. They knocked (I assume) quietly, and left a sticker on the front door saying "Unable to deliver". I was literally one room away waiting for my packages, and I had to drive to the shipping center to get them myself. It's like if you're not waiting at the door like a puppy they don't even wait. Which is sad. I'm sure it's management pushing them to deliver faster, but still.
