I went to this place and the lady at the front desk was so rude with me, she did not even let me go to the bathroom, she told me i have to buy something first, yes i was gonna buy something that's why i was there but she was so rude, i would never go back. I don't recommend this place at all :(
Very disappointed. Me and my Bestfriend were in there just looking. We have never been there before so we were browsing. Talking to each other about different products. There was a product about some cleansing thing and my friend was looking at it reading it to me while I was looking at the body jewelry selections. And the guy behind the counter rudely said “thanks for stopping in guys have a nice day!” We said what? And I looked at him and said we were just looking that we had never been there before so we were browsing. He had a smirk on his face while he rolled his eyes and walked away to take a drink of his drink. I said “okay then let’s go I guess” and we walked out. He was extremely rude to us. Very disappointed. I will not be going back there for my sexy shopping at all!
Staff is extremely helpful and respectful. And the atmosphere is open and well lit. I much prefer this place to any other I have ever visited.
I bought an expensive electronic smoking device and asked plenty of questions beforehand. I was reassured since it wasn't an intimate item I could return it along with many other options such as their specialized staff. It never worked, seemed like just a battery issue so brought it back in. They wouldn't even look at it pretty much said too bad and they had a no return policy. Completely lied to get me out the door.
It's a fun place to stop if ur looking for sum adult entertainment,the prices are a little on the high end,but overall nice selection...i must say their wall of shame is quite amusing as well.
